How to use "怎么+verb+也"?

* Take it as a phrase for "No matter how to do it, it's still the same".
* It emphasizes the negatory status, and implies the previously multiple attempts.
* Use it in front of: "verb+不..."

e.g.
他站不起来。 ---》 他(怎么站也)站不起来。
He couldn't stand up. ---》 After many times of efforts, he couldn't stand up.
